Job DescriptionChelmsford Community Education is now accepting applications for the school year. The Chelmsford Public School District reserves the right to change or not fill this vacancy based on further staffing changes, enrollment, or budget.
Position:
Adult Education Evening Instructors (part‑time, evenings)
Reports To:
Robyn Adams, Director of Chelmsford Community Education
Job Goal:
Teaching enrichment classes
Chelmsford Community Education is currently looking for instructors for evening classes during our fall, and winter/spring class sessions. If you have a special skill or knowledge to share with our community, please contact us. Some examples of classes we are interested in developing for both adults and children during upcoming sessions are:
- Comic Book Illustration for Kids
- Foreign Language (Conversational and Beginner)
- English as a Second Language
- Creative Writing
- Genealogy
- Art (all forms)
- Jewelry Making
- Dance for all ages
- Western & Line Dance
- Vegetable Gardening
- Crafting
- Soap Making
Position Type: After school/Evening
Salary: $35 to $35 Per Hour

Chelmsford Community Education offers programs for every age level. There is a wide variety of courses and recreational activities to serve educational and enrichment needs, or for just plain fun! Our childcare and preschool services are enjoyed by children as young as 18 months through school age.
