To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily:
- Learn and master controlled substance order management
- Keep documents filed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Gather receiving paperwork and create transfer documentation for relocation.
- Identify customer orders in business software to be fulfilled by newly arrived products.
- Perform checks to confirm all required regulations are met with available information.
- Reach out to customer service or customer for any missing information.
- When all checks confirmed, complete processing of order in business software and release.
- File incoming paperwork for controlled substances as required.
- Record required data on various trackers.
- File shipping paperwork as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Able to use Excel, Word and Sales Force
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn IFS business system, US government regulations and requirements.
- Customer service and/or legal background
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere and to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail, well organised, innovative
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong team player
- Pay Rate: $22/hr

Onsite - Work Term:
Part-Time - Work hour per week: 25 hours per week
- While performing duties of this job, the employee may be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- The individual will experience repetitive motion due to use of computer
