Sports Turf Grounds Person – Professional Experience Required

Up to £30,000 DOE

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sports Turf Grounds Person to join a high-performing grounds team within a professional sporting environment.

This position is strictly for candidates with hands-on sports turf management experience.

Responsibilities

* Maintenance and preparation of natural grass sports pitches

* Day-to-day turf care including mowing, rolling, feeding and irrigation

* Assisting with pitch renovations and training ground upkeep

* Supporting fixtures, including weekends and evenings

Essential Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2 years’ sports turf management experience

* Level 2 Sports Turf qualification (or equivalent)

* Experience working on performance sports surfaces

* Flexible approach to working hours

Candidates without sports turf experience (e.g. landscaping or general grounds only) should not apply.
