Senior Service Lead

Hours: 35 per week

Contract: Fixed term contract for 6 months

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Salary: £36,153 to £37,609 per annum

Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.

You'll work closely with Adult Social Care and other partners to shape services that are safe, effective, and sustainable. • Coaching teams to deliver personalised, holistic support that builds resilience and independence.
• Overseeing safe, outcome‑focused interventions and reviewing complex casework.
• Building strategic relationships with health, social care, and voluntary sector partners.
• Analyzing service data and feedback to drive improvements and inform future commissioning.

• Strong knowledge of the health and social care system and experience managing dispersed teams.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for quality improvement.
• Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive practice.
