We have teamed up with a Global FM provider to find an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance within agreed SLAs
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, including F-Gas, COSHH, Risk Assessments, and LV Safe Systems of Work
- Fault finding, repair, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning systems
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
- Monitor contractors and issue Permits to Work
- Maintain equipment performance and site standards
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working on air conditioning systems
- City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11
- NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Desirable
- 18th Edition qualified electrician
- Recognised AC apprenticeship
Package
- Company Vehicle (eligible for personal use)
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
