We are currently seeking a skilled Bricklayer to join a reputable building and construction company based in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tradesperson—whether you’re a Brickwork Specialist, Mason, or Construction Bricklayer—to become part of a professional team delivering high-quality work.

As a Bricklayer, you will be responsible for building in doorways and completing face brickwork to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and safety of all work carried out on-site.

• Perform all aspects of bricklaying, including laying bricks, blocks, and masonry structures.
• Carry out tasks such as building in doorways and face brickwork to specification.
• Work effectively as part of a site team under the supervision of the site manager.
• Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised working area.

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer, Mason, or other skilled tradesperson within the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality finishes.
• Experience in building in doorways and face brickwork is essential.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

• £180 - £190 per day (PAYE, including holiday pay)
• Consistent working hours – Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
