The successful Internal Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities and technical applications for bespoke HVAC ventilation solutions across a range of products including fans, heat pumps, motors and associated products via OEM channels. Full training provided.
The Internal Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive will have technical sales experience within HVAC or be eager to transfer existing technical engineering sales skills into a new role. This role will involve cold calling, generating new business, and leveraging AI to explore new markets and applications for the company’s products

£35,000 - £42000 depending on experience

Internal Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive Role
Driving business development focused on bespoke HVAC ventilation solutions across a range of products including fans, heat pumps, motors and associated products.
Managing exsisting accounts as well as tar getting lapsed clients for their HVAC ventillation requirements.
Using AI as a way of searching new markets and hvac applications for ventilation products to go into.
Develop strategic sales plans for ventillation products and new applications.
Liaise with various Engineering departments.
Office based near Chelmsford (hybrid available)
Internal Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive Requirements
Experience as a Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Sales Manager selling a technical engineered product and solution.
Evidence of existing relationships selling into OEM sectors such as critical environment, hospitals, Military, telecoms, agriculture, Food&Bev amongst others.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop new business and HVAC applications.
A technical engineering qualification – ONC, HNC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar is advantageous.
Commutable to the office near Chelmsford daily
