Are you early in your sales or logistics career and looking to build commercial experience in a supportive team? We're looking for a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our growing business and develop their skills within freight forwarding and shipping.

If you've had some exposure to air, sea, or road freight - or you're currently working in logistics and want to move into sales - this role offers hands-on training, clear progression, and the chance to work with experienced professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the sales team by preparing quotations using contract rates and spot rate platforms
Learning how to manage customer enquiries and follow up on opportunities
Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Working closely with external sales colleagues to help grow the client base
Developing your understanding of KPIs, pricing, and commercial decision-making

What We're Looking For

Some experience or exposure to freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain (air, sea, or road)
Interest in sales, customer relationships, and commercial development
Confident communicator, happy using phone and email
Willingness to learn, good organisation skills, and a positive attitude
