Full Time / Part Time / Self-Employed | Remote / Hybrid

Ace Services Group Ltd is a growing demolition, enabling and facilities services contractor operating across Essex, Suffolk, London and the South East. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new business, develop client relationships, and support long-term growth across our demolition and enabling works divisions.

This role is offered on a full-time, part-time or self-employed basis and can be undertaken on a remote or hybrid working model, making it ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual with industry experience and contacts.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying, targeting and engaging new clients who require:

  • Demolition works
  • Refurbishment and commercial facilities projects

The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and opportunity creation, working closely with senior management and the operational team to convert leads into secured work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities within construction and property sectors
  • Target main contractors, developers, consultants, managing agents and end clients
  • Arrange and attend client meetings (online and in-person)
  • Build, manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Support tender opportunities through early-stage engagement
  • Represent Ace Services Group Ltd professionally at all times
About You
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within construction, demolition or enabling works
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Existing industry contacts advantageous
  • Self-motivated, commercially aware and target focused
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
