Manager - Delegated Authority​/Binders

Working within this National and International Insurer, and due to their continued success and development are now seeking to recruit for the following position.

Experienced Team Manager to lead and inspire a professional team of 10, so managerial experience is key.

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing service delivery levels.

Your role will include conducting regular training sessions, performance reviews, and enhancing the department performance.

Ideal candidates will have proven expertise in Binders, or related experience within an insurance environment.

This is a varied and pivotal role within the business.

* Direct service operations and functions within the client support process, ensuring compliance with internal governance and policies.

* Manage operational issues within your area to meet the business objectives.

* Make decisions on complex, tactical, and operational short-term issues, providing regular recommendations to the Department Manager.

* Participate in creating and managing the team’s travel and expense budget, working within financial objectives.

* Maintain individual performance and development plans for each team member, providing mentoring and performance feedback.

* Support and guide less experienced colleagues as needed.

* Coordinate senior leadership service activity reporting and present technical information to management.
