Site Manager – Office Fit-Outs (Chelmsford & Peterborough)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide cover across two office fit-out sites in Chelmsford and Peterborough, delivering fast-track projects with a quick turnaround.

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities on both locations, including M&E configuration, strip-out works and installation of new carpets and finishes, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day site management across two live office fit-out projects

* Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers on both sites

* Overseeing M&E works and ensuring correct configuration

* Managing programmes to meet tight deadlines

* Ensuring full health & safety compliance on site

* Liaising with clients and project teams

* Maintaining site records and reporting progress

Site Manager Requirements:

* Proven experience working as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects

* Ideally from a trade background with previous fit-out experience

* Experience delivering fast-track / short-duration projects

* Strong understanding of M&E and internal fit-out works

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* CSCS card

* Willingness to travel between Chelmsford and Peterborough
