Pay: £13.10 per hour
About the RoleAs a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you’ll travel between multiple sites in and around the Chelmsford, Ilford, Romford and the Southend on Sea area, covering for absences and holidays. You will need to be flexible as you could cover early, late and night shifts, including Sundays.
Your responsibilities will include a range of cleaning tasks, including:
- Mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning toilets, floors and offices
- Emptying bins and sanitising surfaces
- Litter picking within yard and car park areas
This is a physical role that involves manual handling, but we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
Driving Licence RequiredDue to the mobile nature of this role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. A work van will be provided for travel between sites.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, reliable, and self‑motivated
- Able to manage their own time and work independently
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment (training provided)
- A good communicator who follows Health & Safety guidelines
Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not essential.
