Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer | 1-3 PQE | Chelmsford Office, Essex

Are you a recently qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer looking for the right environment to build a long and successful career in property law? What You'll Be Doing
  • Support senior solicitors on a variety of high-value transactions including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and re‑mortgages.
  • Begin building your own caseload over time, with supervised responsibility to build your confidence and skillset.
  • Receive regular feedback and structured development plans tailored to your career goals.
  • Play a part in delivering outstanding client service, with guidance to help you grow into a trusted advisor.
Who We're Looking For
  • A Newly Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (up to 3 years' PQE) with a strong base of knowledge in residential conveyancing, and a can‑do attitude.
  • Someone eager to learn and grow long‑term with a modern and progressive firm.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is ready to contribute to a friendly and supportive environment.
