Junior In-house Lawyer

Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Lawyer to join the compliance function of the team  will report to the General Counsel for Digital Imaging (Europe, EMEA and APAC).

• Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, including our ethics and data privacy programs.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks related to business operations.

• Maintain corporate records and filings.
• Support the preparation of board resolutions and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to internal teams on a variety of matters, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memos, policies, and guidelines as needed.

• Assist in managing disputes and litigation, including coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
• Help resolve internal and external legal issues efficiently and effectively.

• Assisting with due diligence of potential acquisition targets and the integration of newly acquired businesses.

• Reviewing and advising on NDA's and other commercial agreements.

• Help deliver training sessions to staff on legal topics such as data protection, intellectual property, or contract management.

• Legal experience (1 year, required)
• Commercial experience or experience in reviewing commercial contracts
• Commercial awareness
