Delivery Lead

A Delivery Lead is required by a well-established organisation entering a pivotal phase of technology and digital transformation.

As the Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of delivering a range of business-critical IT and digital change initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams and third-party partners to ensure projects move forward effectively and align with organisational objectives. This is not a role with a wide support network around it - you will be the person who brings structure, clarity and momentum to delivery.

• Leading end-to-end delivery of digital and IT transformation projects
• Reviewing and improving business processes to support automation and integration
• Translating business and technical needs into clear, actionable delivery plans
• Overseeing initiatives across CRM, ERP, BI, data and emerging AI capabilities
• Supporting adoption of low-code/no-code platforms and data-driven solutions
• Driving change management, training and user adoption
• Reporting progress, risks and milestones to leadership
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation or technology-driven change
• Ability to operate independently and thrive without a large delivery function around you
• Strong project delivery skills across Agile and traditional methodologies
• Broad technical awareness across integration, automation and data initiatives
• Exposure to cloud platforms, CRM/ERP systems and modern BI tools
• Someone who is adaptable, pragmatic and comfortable wearing multiple hats
