About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring we attract, recruit, and deploy high-quality staff while maintaining excellent service to both candidates and clients.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns, working on boardjobs, building strong candidate relationships, coordinating rotas, and ensuring full compliance with employment and sector-specific legislation.
Key Responsibilities
As Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator, you will:
* Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates to meet business requirements
* Advertise vacancies, manage responses, and process applications efficiently
* Screen, qualify, and present suitable candidates for open roles
* Liaise professionally with candidates and internal teams
* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
* Manage recruitment databases accurately and in line with company systems
* Support recruitment administration and compliance
* Monitor KPIs, recruitment targets, and service levels
* Develop awareness of market rates and industry conditions
* Ensure all recruitment activity meets employment law, sector regulations, and company standards
* Provide professional feedback to candidates
* Manage staff rotas, shift planning, and communication
* Arrange cover for sickness, holidays, and unplanned absences to ensure continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
You will ideally have:
* Experience in recruitment, staffing,or workforce coordination
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confidence working with databases and recruitment systems
* The ability to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities
* A professional, people-centred approach
* Understanding of employment legislation and compliance (training can be provided)
* A proactive and target-driven mindset
