Site HR Manager

This is a 6‑month contract role with full‑time or part‑time (30 hours, 5 days per week) hours available.

• Previous experience operating in an HR management role within a manufacturing or operational environment
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders
• Confidence managing complex employee relations matters
• Background in both operational and strategic HR delivery
