• Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow.
• Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver our vision
• Maintain consistency in standards and procedures

For those hot summer days and cool evenings, we also have outside seating and a beautiful terrace overlooking the river that guests can book for private hire.
