Previous experience in delivering pain management services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care. Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, NMC). Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management.
Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways. Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP. Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Chronic Pain. Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change. Experience of developing team members.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in one of these professions to join our community pain management service in Mid & South Essex as an Advanced Pain Clinician. We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. We are looking for well‑organised Advanced Pain Clinicians to deliver quality clinical care for patients with chronic pain conditions.
You will undertake comprehensive assessments and formulation of patient presentations with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs. As part of the interdisciplinary team you will deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved. Join our motivated, ambitious, and fast‑growing team. We focus great flexibility. You'll be registered with the HCPC or equivalent regulator (as professional background dictates) and be qualified as a clinician that has experience working with pain practice.
