The group are an independent Pharmacy Group with multiple sites across Essex.
While a qualified pharmacist is preferred, we also welcome applications from individuals with extensive pharmacy operations experience who may not hold a pharmacist qualification.

Up to £70,000
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of multiple community pharmacy sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Excellence:
Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficient pharmacy services and compliance with regulations. - Promotion of Services:
Develop and execute strategies to promote various pharmacy services to the community. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the Head Office and collaborate with the group in-store to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Supportive Leadership:
Provide guidance, support, and leadership to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Pharmacy
Experience:
A strong background in pharmacy operations, managing multiple community pharmacy sites, and promoting services. - Pharmacist
Qualification:
While a qualified pharmacist is preferred, we also welcome applications from individuals with extensive pharmacy operations experience who may not hold a pharmacist qualification. - Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for travel between pharmacy locations.

Proven ability to lead and support a team, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service. - Excellent Communication:
