Senior MRI Radiographer Fixed 12 months contract
Full‑time (37.5 hours per week), 12‑month Fixed Term Contract.
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior MRI Radiographer to join our dynamic imaging team at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford. This role requires substantial experience in MRI and the flexibility to work across CT and X‑ray modalities. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality diagnostic services while ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the imaging process.
Responsibilities- Perform high‑quality MRI scans with precision and care.
- Support imaging services across CT and X‑ray, with training provided if required.
- Maintain a patient‑centred approach, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
- Uphold clinical standards and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Proven experience in MRI scanning.
- Competency in CT and X‑ray or willingness to train.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
