Position: Head of Year - B36
Head of Year - Immediate Start A secondary school is seeking a committed and proactive Head of Year to join the team as soon as possible. This position is initially to provide cover, with strong potential to continue long-term after the next half term. Role Details Full-time position Monday to Friday, 8:15-15:30 Responsible for the pastoral care, behaviour, attendance and overall wellbeing of a designated year group Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff and support teams to maintain high standards across the school What We're Looking For Previous experience in a pastoral leadership role within a school setting Strong behaviour management and communication skills Up-to-date safeguarding training A calm, confident and supportive approach when working with students and families Why This Role Matters You'll play a key part in shaping the culture, progress and wellbeing of an entire year group.
