Great Baddow High School specialises in Science and Sport and is a centre of excellence. We deliver a high quality education in science that challenges and stimulates students. The sciences are popular A Level subjects with many students choosing science-based courses  promote many vocational and enrichment opportunities, including STEM projects to enrich learning experiences. Our sports facilities, teaching expertise and extra-curricular provision are outstanding.

Great Baddow High School is part of Quantum Multi-Academy Trust (QMAT), a collaborative family of eight schools united by a shared commitment to excellence in education and a deep sense of community. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

Scale 3, Point 5 Actual salary £16,584. Hours are 28 ¾ per week, Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 3.30pm (term time only).

Responsibilities
  • Support students in years 7 - 13 with a variety of additional and specific needs across the whole curriculum.
  • Be able to work within a fast paced, hardworking and dynamic team.

  • Patience and the ability to foster good relationships with young people
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
