We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming early years setting based in Chelmsford. This is a full-time role, with working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm, offering stability and the opportunity to develop your career within early years education.

This position is ideal for a qualified Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

To be considered for this Nursery Practitioner position, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, such as:

• CACHE Level 2/3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Children s Care, Learning and Development

• Early Years Educator (EYE) qualification

You will also need:

• A good understanding of the EYFS framework

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

• A caring, motivated, and proactive approach

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children aged 0 5 with their learning, play, and development

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Observing, assessing, and recording children s progress

• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

• Adhering to safeguarding, health, and safety policies

• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to support you through the easy onboarding process
