Contract SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time
Pay: £90 - £110 per day

We are seeking a committed and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Chelmsford. The role involves working with students agedwho have ASD, SEMH needs, and behavioural challenges.

This position is ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or behaviour specialists, as well as individuals with a strong interest in special educational needs and inclusive education.

The Role:

A rewarding full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant role within a specialist, in Chelmsford.
Working closely with secondary school students with learing difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing.
Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom.
Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.

What we expect from you:

Truly passionate about supporting young people with complex and additional needs.
Calm, patient, and resilient, with the ability to build trusting, positive relationships.
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs is welcome, but not essential - the right attitude matters most.
Committed to a full-time role in Chelmsford and motivated to grow within a supportive educational environment.
