Gold Education Recruitment is proud to be working with a good secondary school in the Chelmsford area, currently seeking a passionate and inspiring Spanish Teacher to join their successful MFL department on a full-time basis, starting ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to teach enthusiastic and motivated students in a welcoming, forward-thinking environment. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, contribute to a thriving department, and help students develop confidence and fluency in Spanish.

Your Role:

* Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 if applicable)

* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum

* Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills

* Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing meaningful feedback

* Support students’ academic progress and personal development

* Create a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving classroom environment

* Contribute to departmental planning and wider school life

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Specialism in Spanish (ability to teach another language is a bonus)

* Experience teaching MFL in UK secondary schools

* A passion for languages and cultural learning

* Strong classroom management and adaptability

* A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
