In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to plumbing students across a range of programmes. You will play a key part in guiding, motivating and supporting learners, helping them develop both their technical skills and wider employability, while creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
You will also contribute to curriculum development, ensure learning remains industry-relevant, and build strong links with employers to enhance student outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a plumber who wants to move off the tools and into education, with full support available to gain a recognised teaching qualification if you do not already hold one.

The Person :

* Industry experience within plumbing

* Level 3 or higher qualification in a plumbing-related discipline

* English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)

* Passion for developing and inspiring learners

* Willingness to achieve a teaching qualification (if not already held)
