POS ESTIMATOR

Estimator (Junior or Senior)

We are looking for an Estimator to support the continued growth of our business.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project profitability. As part of a small department with demanding deadlines, attention to detail and analytical thinking are essential for success.

• Establish and maintain excellent communication and working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Address queries and potential issues sensitively and assertively
• Resolve issues independently when required
• Receive and interpret enquiries from internal and external customers
• Work closely with the Project Manager to understand the requirements for each project
• Create and manage new quotes within the CRM database
• Obtain cost‑effective subcontract quotes
• Source new suppliers to ensure the best value for the business
• Ensure overall project profitability by liaising with Project Managers and selecting the correct suppliers
• Full training will be provided
• Excel experience is an advantage
• Own transport required

• Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
