This is a great opportunity to join a highly established architectural practice who provide expert design services to a range of high end residnetial projects. They are on the lookout for an influential Senior Architectural Technician to lead on a range of high profile projects for their team in Chelmsford

To be successful in this role a Senior Architectural Technologist will have a successful history of producing working drawings for housing developers and contractors within an architectural office. They will also need an excellent portfolio as well as strong technical knowledge.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Strong technical understanding of house delivery for house builders
Strong drawing and report writing expertise
Good Commercial understanding and organisational skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and experience with Revit would be advantageous
Work alongside the technical team and ensure successful delivery of Working Drawing projects
Liaise with team members and contractors
Check on drawing and information to ensure they are maintained at a high standard
Live in within a commutable distance to the Chelmsford area
