This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well‑established, high‑performing construction specialist that invests in its people and offers clear long‑term progression.

• Support Senior Quantity Surveyors on residential remediation and façade projects.
• Procurement of materials, tendering and supplier negotiations.
• Assist with valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Materials management and budget tracking using Excel.
• Support monthly applications and commercial processes.
• Office‑based in Chelmsford with site visits and hybrid working after probation.

• Some QS, estimating or commercial experience within construction.
• Strong organisational, numerical and communication skills.
• Professional, reliable and a team player.
• Eager to learn and progress long‑term.
• Commutable distance from Chelmsford.
