The Opportunity
A well-established industrial roofing and cladding contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to support a consistent pipeline of industrial projects.
The Role- Pricing industrial roofing and cladding packages
- Material take-offs and supplier pricing
- Review drawings, specs, and scope documents
- Support bid strategy and value engineering
- Liaison with design and project teams
Candidates without demonstrable industrial roofing & cladding estimating experience will not be considered.
You must have estimating experience with:- CA systems
- Euroclad
- Kingspan
- Euro Bond
- Trimo
- Proven industrial roofing & cladding estimating background
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
