The Opportunity
An established industrial roofing and cladding contractor is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver complex industrial roofing and cladding packages nationwide.
The Role- Full project lifecycle management of roofing & cladding packages
- Programme, cost, and subcontractor management
- Client and main contractor liaison
- H&S, quality, and programme responsibility
- Procurement of roofing and cladding systems
Candidates without proven industrial roofing & cladding delivery experience will not be considered
You must have managed projects incorporating:
- CA systems
- Euroclad
- Kingspan
- Euro Bond
- Trimo
- Demonstrable industrial roofing & cladding PM experience
- Strong commercial and programming skills
- SMSTS preferred
