A specialist industrial roofing and cladding contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site delivery of industrial roofing and cladding works.
The Role
* Day-to-day management of roofing & cladding operations
* Supervision of operatives and subcontractors
* Health & Safety compliance
* Quality control and progress reporting
* Coordination with Project and Commercial Teams
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants without hands-on industrial roofing & cladding site experience will not be considered
You must have site experience involving:
* CA systems
* Euroclad
* Kingspan
* Euro Bond
* Trimo
Requirements
* Proven roofing & cladding Site Management experience
* SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), First Aid
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
