The Opportunity
A specialist industrial roofing and cladding contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site delivery of industrial roofing and cladding works.
The Role- Day-to-day management of roofing & cladding operations
- Supervision of operatives and subcontractors
- Health & Safety compliance
- Quality control and progress reporting
- Coordination with Project and Commercial Teams
Applicants without hands-on industrial roofing & cladding site experience will not be considered
You must have site experience involving:
- CA systems
- Euroclad
- Kingspan
- Euro Bond
- Trimo
- Proven roofing & cladding Site Management experience
- SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), First Aid
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
