This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy operating across Essex and the surrounding areas. • Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys

• Working across commercial and mixed-use sites

• Producing accurate, compliant survey reports

• Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams

• Ensuring all work meets HSG
  264, HSE guidance, and company procedures

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent)

• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor

• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

• Full UK driving licence
