The Opportunity
A well-established industrial roofing and cladding contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to support a consistent pipeline of industrial projects.
The Role
* Pricing industrial roofing and cladding packages
* Material take-offs and supplier pricing
* Review drawings, specs, and scope documents
* Support bid strategy and value engineering
* Liaison with design and project teams
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates without demonstrable industrial roofing & cladding estimating experience will not be considered
You must have estimating experience with:
* CA systems
* Euroclad
* Kingspan
* Euro Bond
* Trimo
Requirements
* Proven industrial roofing & cladding estimating background
* Strong commercial and analytical skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings
