Estimator - Industrial Roofing & Cladding

The Opportunity

A well-established industrial roofing and cladding contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to support a consistent pipeline of industrial projects.

The Role

• Pricing industrial roofing and cladding packages

• Material take-offs and supplier pricing

• Review drawings, specs, and scope documents

• Support bid strategy and value engineering

• Liaison with design and project teams

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates without demonstrable industrial roofing & cladding estimating experience will not be considered

You must have estimating experience with:

• CA systems

• Euroclad

• Kingspan

• Euro Bond

• Trimo

Requirements

• Proven industrial roofing & cladding estimating background

• Strong commercial and analytical skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings
