Asbestos Surveyor - Chelmsford
Location:
Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £36,000 - £41,000
Contract:
Permanent | Full-time
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy operating across Essex and the surrounding areas. The Role
Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys
Working across commercial and mixed-use sites
Producing accurate, compliant survey reports
Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
Ensuring all work meets HSG
264, HSE guidance, and company procedures
Requirements
BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Full UK driving licence
