Are you a warm, caring, and enthusiastic individual who loves working with children? We are looking for flexible Nursery Assistants to work across a number of fantastic nurseries in Chelmsford on a supply basis. Whether you’re looking for a few days a week or full-time flexible work, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in different nursery settings, build your confidence, and support children’s development in their crucial early years.

Supporting babies and young children with daily routines

Engaging children in fun and educational activities

Promoting a safe, caring, and inclusive environment

Assisting with feeding, changing, and general care

Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures

Working closely with nursery staff to ensure the best outcomes for children

Recent experience working with young children (in a nursery, school, or voluntary setting)

A genuine passion for early years care and education

Positive, reliable, and proactive approach

Ability to adapt to different nursery environments confidently

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
