GSL Education is looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join our supply team, supporting a friendly and well run nursery in Chelmsford
. This is a brilliant opportunity to enjoy variety, flexibility, and rewarding early years work — without being tied to one permanent role (unless you want to be!).

As a Supply Nursery Nurse, you’ll step into a welcoming nursery environment and play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. Whether you’re covering short‑term absences or longer placements, you’ll be making a real difference every day.

• Supporting children aged 0–5 in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating setting
• Delivering fun, play‑based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and physical development
• Supporting daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play
• Working as part of a friendly team to maintain a happy, well‑organised nursery

• Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A warm, energetic, and caring approach
• Confidence working in new environments
• A genuine passion for early childhood development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
