Overview

Ziehl-Abegg AG. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic:
Internal Business Development Manager in the Ventilation Division starting Q2 onwards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting. Identify and research potential clients, markets, and strategic partnerships through research and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management
    . Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a key contact and understanding their needs.
  • Sales Support. Assist external BDMs, prepare proposals, issue terms, present solutions, and follow up on leads to close deals.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Strategy and Planning. Contribute to growth strategies, develop targeting plans, and provide market intelligence.
  • Reporting & Data Management. Maintain accurate CRM data, provide sales forecasts, and report performance to management.
Essential Skills
  • Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills for market research and data interpretation.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and ambition.
  • Ability to build rapport and empathize with clients.

Location & Travel

Mainly working in the head office in Chelmsford, although a level of hybrid working may be considered once training is complete. This is to be discussed beforehand.

May involve occasional travel for meetings or events.
