About the RoleAs an integral part of the team, you will provide administrative support to our advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- General administrative duties
- Managing business processing from submission to completion
- Diary and workflow management
- Providing support to both the advice and paraplanning teams
- Client communication and relationship management
- Handling additional tasks typical of an IFA administration role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within an IFA firm
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and willingness to be an active part of a friendly team
