Location: Hatfield Peverel
A leading housing provider is seeking a Damp and Mould Administrator to enhance repair services and ensure compliance with legislation such as Awaab's Law. This temporary role involves managing resident cases, resolving damp and mould issues, and ensuring high service standards. The ideal candidate will have housing repairs experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This hybrid position offers an hourly rate of £16.23 PAYE or £20.54 Umbrella.
