There’s plenty of room to grow at I‑5 Cars. I‑5 Toyota is looking to add an enthusiastic, ambitious Auto Sales Consultant to our I‑5 Sales Team! You will be able to sell new Toyota, VW, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, FIAT, Chevy vehicles, RVs, and trailers. Hundreds of used vehicles are in inventory. We offer great work schedules, aggressive pay plans, and benefits.

• Annual pay $34,700–$125,000+/- paid on a monthly commission basis
• Full‑time schedule including weekends

• Guide customers through a thorough buying process using established selling steps, policies, and procedures
• Develop and convey product knowledge around vehicle features and demonstrate operation
• Provide vehicles to customers through an established delivery process, ensuring understanding of operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business, contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term clientele
• Perform daily CRM activities according to dealership policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to sit for long periods, walk around the dealership lot, and drive all types of vehicles
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion to help others
• Enjoy being part of a team and a drive to succeed
• Clean driving record and current valid driver’s license
