Rigger 1st Shift

Position: Flat Rigger 1st Shift
Quanex is looking for a Flat Rigger to join our team located in Chehalis, WA.

The Flat Rigger is responsible for working cooperatively with team members to cut and assemble window or door screen frames to changing specifications, using a computer-driven measuring device. This position is scheduled for 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM.

What Success Looks Like:

This description represents the most significant job duties but does not exclude other work duties that may be assigned as needed.

• Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notifies the supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues.
• Visually inspect for defects or errors in materials.
• Verify size, color, customer, configuration (hardware), according to labeling system.
• Sequence into rack for next step.
• Perform related work as required.
• Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day.

Your Credentials:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 6 months of production, assembly or related work experience preferred
• Ability to follow both written and verbal directions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Salary Range: $18-$23.40 per hour
