As the Regional Construction Sales Manager, you will lead and grow contractor and commercial sales across the upstate NY region by building strong customer relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and driving strategic growth across project-based opportunities.

Territory:
Buffalo, Rochester, Auburn, Syracuse.

Essential Responsibilities

* Own regional construction sales performance, with full accountability for revenue growth, margin, and strategic market expansion

* Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives, market conditions, and key contractor and commercial segments

* Lead a high-performing outside and inside sales team through coaching, performance management, and professional growth

* Drive major project and negotiated business, including large-scale bids, long-term agreements, and strategic customer partnerships

* Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, and strategic accounts across the region

* Collaborate with branch leadership, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment across sales execution, messaging, and customer experience

* Analyze regional performance metrics, pipeline health, and market trends to forecast results and adjust strategy as needed

* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

* Proven leadership experience in construction, contractor, or commercial sales within the electrical or industrial industry

* Track record of driving regional revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams

* Strong understanding of project-based sales, including competitive bids and negotiated work

* Knowledge of electrical distribution products, power systems, lighting, or related solutions

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Willingness to travel occasionally throughout the region

* Valid and clean driver's license

Expected salary: $120,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility
