to lead a brand new store for a leading outdoor retail brand at the Cotswold Designer Outlet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and enjoys building high performing teams.

Store Manager , you will have full ownership of the store, driving retail performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role suits a commercially focused leader who enjoys being hands on and visible on the shop floor.

• Take full responsibility as Store Manager for all store operations and commercial performance
