A specialist engineering firm based in Cheddar is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead their fabrication and welding workshop. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient workshop operations, manage a high-performing team, and uphold ISO 9001 and BS EN 1090 standards. Responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting design reviews using AutoCAD Inventor.

A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum and a company van for business travel are offered, along with Monday to Friday core hours.
