Your Impact
- Read pick tickets to determine the location and quantity of items.
- Mark pick tickets with the appropriate notations to indicate correct quantities and products have been picked and packed.
- Move with a sense of urgency while picking orders, which may include using industrial ladders.
- Pack products in appropriately sized boxes for shipping, ensuring items are secured to prevent damage.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with consistent urgency.
- Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to safety training and protocols for operations within the distribution center.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 1 year of related experience
- Strong communication skills with employees and managers.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Quality‑focused mindset.
- Demonstrate integrity at all times—acting honestly, transparently, and respectfully in all interactions.

- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, crouch, and stoop.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

$17.50 per hour
