Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift, Weekend

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and/or packing orders, printing labels, inspecting products, and using specific equipment to prepare items for shipping and receiving. The role supports the team’s focus on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct product quantity and type.
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
- Operate forklift or order picker as required.
- Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms.
- Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets; mark and label shipping boxes or products per DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations.
- Report missing items or quality variances to direct supervisor.
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to meet packing specifications; document quality inspections per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Ensure facility is inspection‑ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
- Communicate and report any incidents.
- Perform housekeeping duties as required.
- Execute miscellaneous tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Pass Background and Drug Screen.
- Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

This position is not expected to travel.
